I like to think of what I do as social critique and observation; it's sharp, it's biting, and it’s aimed at everyone. Rather than positioning myself outside of the systems and behaviors I examine, I see my work as implicating both the viewer and the maker alike. The subjects I explore are universal human contradictions; our desires, hypocrisies, vulnerabilities, and the strange performances we engage in as we move through contemporary life.
