To look with the ears is to perceive echoes of the self, felt rather than seen—inside, just beyond, and completely outside.

Andrea Festa is pleased to announce Dentro, Appena fuori, Fuori, a group exhibition curated by artist and curator Gianni Politi, featuring new works by Michela Rosa, Silvia Santoro, and Nicolò Tacmeanu.
On view from July 8 through September 15, 2025, the exhibition brings together three emerging voices from the Roman art scene whose work reflects a shared interest in the entangled relationships between body, perception, and identity—offering a nuanced exploration of what Politi describes as a “fourth dimension,” where visuality intersects with inner resonance.
The title, Dentro, Appena fuori, Fuori (Inside, Just Outside, Outside), suggests a constantly shifting psychological and spatial state—one in which the self exists on multiple planes at once. In this terrain, the artists do not merely observe or depict; instead, they feel, echo, and respond. As Politi writes, “The artist who uses their ears to look doesn't just observe what the eyes see—they filter everything through the powerful internal echo of their being.”
